How do I use my Lefty’s Gift Card?
Lefty’s Gift Cards are simple to use, they work just like a debit card.
If you have a Plastic Gift Card, it is swiped at the terminal used for debit and credit cards & it deducts the amount from the Gift Card.
If you received an email with an e-Gift Card, print or display your email/mobile phone at Guest Services. It is entered into our terminal & it deducts the amount from the e-Gift Card.
What can I purchase with Lefty’s Gift Cards?
You can use Lefty’s Gift Cards or e-Gifts to purchase food, beverages, Game cards (which are required to operate games), attractions, merchandise and taxes.
Can anyone use my Lefty’s Gift Card?
Yes. You may use it yourself or give it to anyone you choose.
How do I activate my Lefty’s Gift Card?
The Lefty’s Gift Card or e-Gift Card is activated at the time of purchase.
Can I use my Lefty’s Gift Card online?
At this time, no, you may not use your Lefty’s Gift Card online to make purchases.
Can I put a tip or gratuity on my Lefty’s Gift Card?
Yes, if you have funds remaining on your Lefty’s Gift Card, you may use them towards a tip.
Can I re-load or add funds to my Lefty’s Gift Card?
Yes, your Lefty’s Gift Card is reloadable at Lefty’s Alley & Eats. Currently, reloading is unavailable online at www.iloveleftys.com, and by phone.
Can a Lefty’s Gift Card be used to purchase another Lefty’s Gift Card?
No, a Lefty’s Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Lefty’s Gift Card.
Will any service fees or non-use/dormancy fees be charged to my Lefty’s Gift Card?
No, Lefty’s does not charge any fees.
Does my Lefty’s Gift Card or e-Gift Card expire?
Yes, Lefty’s Gift Cards expire after 2 years of purchasing.
Can I receive a refund on funds I have placed on my Lefty’s Gift Card?
No. Lefty’s Gift Cards are only redeemable for food, beverages, activities, attractions & merchandise + taxes.
I lost my Lefty’s Gift Card or my Lefty’s Gift Card was stolen. Can you cancel or replace the card?
Lefty’s Gift Cards are treated just like cash. Unfortunately, if the card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced unless it is registered.
