NFL Kickoff Watch Party – Sunday, 9/13
This will be our bigger kickoff event for the season.
- $5 raffle tickets will be sold, with all proceeds benefiting the nonprofit organization we are partnering with (Home of the Brave for Lewes, Special Olympics Delaware for Newark). Please make sure this is included in our social promotion, as in previous years raffle tickets have been free. I want guests to understand that the change is because the proceeds are going toward a good cause.
- Prior to the giveaways, the MC will announce the total amount raised and that Lefty’s will be matching that amount as a donation to the nonprofit.
- Ideally, the nonprofit will also be able to join us that day and briefly share information about their organization.
- Raffles and giveaways will take place during halftime of the 1 PM games.
Every Sunday After 9/13
We will return to our normal Game Day routine:
- One jersey giveaway at halftime, along with available vendor swag.
- Please limit larger giveaways to approximately two items each week, plus smaller vendor items such as sunglasses, koozies, etc. We need our inventory to last throughout the entire NFL season, which is approximately 18 Sundays.
- Raffle tickets are free and limited to one per person.
- The host will distribute raffle tickets. Please create indoor signage for a stanchion directing guests to see the host for their ticket.
- The MC will announce winners during halftime of the 1 PM games.
- Vendor swag is typically provided every few weeks and should last approximately 2–3 Sundays.
- Game Day food and drink specials are available all day Sunday.
