Hosting a Dine to Donate event at Lefty’s is a fun and easy way to raise funds for your nonprofit! Gather your supporters for a great meal, and we’ll donate 20% of food sales from their visit to your organization. It’s a simple way to give back—just dine, enjoy, and make a difference!
How It Works:
- Submit a Request – Fill out the Dine to Donate form on our website with your organization’s details.
- Set a Date – Our team will schedule your event on Monday-Thursday.
- Promote Your Event – Once your date is confirmed, Lefty’s will provide a digital flyer. You’ll share this with your supporters via email, social media, and other channels.
- Dine & Donate! – On the event day, supporters simply show the digital flyer to their server when dining at Lefty’s. 20% of food sales from their purchase will go directly to your organization (alcohol not included).
- Receive Your Funds – Within two weeks after the event, we’ll send you a check with the proceeds.
Guidelines:
We ask that you keep the following guidelines in mind before submitting a Dine to Donate Form:
- Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
- Open to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations only.
- Fundraisers are held Monday through Thursday, 4–8 PM.
- Requests must be submitted through the Lefty’s online Dine to Donate request form.
- Dine-in food sales only; alcohol, carry-out, catering, and group events are excluded.
- A W-9 form is required before approval.
