A BOWL-A-THON is a fantastic way to bring your community together while raising significant funds for your 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. When organized effectively, these events can generate over $10,000 for your cause—all while having a great time at Lefty’s!
How It Works:
- Book Your Event – Choose a Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday for your 3-hour event.
- Sell the Lanes – Lefty’s will donate lanes according to your anticipated attendance! Sell the lanes to raise funds.
- Fundraise Your Way – Sell lanes to teams, groups, individuals, and families at a higher rate to maximize fundraising. Example: If you sell each lane for $200, your organization earns $200 per lane!
- Boost Your Profits – Consider adding a silent auction, selling sponsorships, or hosting raffles during the event.
- Optional Add-On – Offer participants a $30 fundraiser arcade card to enhance their experience and add to your fundraising total! Your organization would receive $10 for every $30 Game Card purchased during your event.
Guidelines:
We ask that you keep the following guidelines in mind before submitting a Dine to Donate Form:
- Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
- Open to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations only.
- Available on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday (not available on holidays)
- Limited availability—secure your day early!
- A W-9 form is required before approval.
