The company is placing a particular emphasis on hiring for key culinary leadership roles, including an Executive Chef, as well as a Food & Beverage Director.\nIn addition to the scheduled hiring events, Lefty’s has opened a dedicated hiring office next to the new location, which is open seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
